Initial consultation

Conditions for Obtaining Permanent Residence in Cyprus
Purchase of real estate
- It is necessary to purchase real estate in Cyprus with a total value of at least EUR 300,000 (+ VAT). To submit the application, a signed sale and purchase agreement and proof of payment for the purchase must be provided. The agreement must be registered with the Cyprus Department of Land and Surveys.
- The purchase may be made in the name of a legal entity owned by the main applicant and/or his/her spouse, provided that they are the sole shareholders of the company.
- The acquisition of one or two units of commercial real estate (for example, offices, retail premises, hotels, or a combination thereof) with a market value of at least EUR 300,000 is permitted. The transaction may be either a primary market purchase or a resale transaction.
Purchase of shares
- An alternative option is to invest EUR 300,000 in a new Cypriot company or to increase the capital of an existing one. The company must be registered in Cyprus and have at least 5 employees working on a full-time basis.
- As an alternative, it is possible to acquire an interest in Cypriot investment funds (AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF) in the amount of at least EUR 300,000.
